Directions for use

Please add one (1), add to 250ml of any liquid or food at room temperature or below and mix for 15 to 30 seconds.

Note: Do not add to anything above 40⁰C. Probiotics are happy good bacteria and become unhappy (don’t survive) at temperatures above this.
