Giveaways

Many Affiliates love to give back to their amazing followers and supportive community through product Giveaways!

If you are interested in conducting a Giveaway, please carefully read the information supplied below. 

DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS

Cost Price Supplements have a maximum of five (5) Giveaways per month.

The Giveaways are allocated at the discretion of Cost Price Supplements.

Cost Price Supplements must approve the Giveaway before the Affiliate proceeds with any announcement relevant to the Giveaway on social media platforms.

Cost Price Supplements will sponsor the Giveaway with a maximum budget of up to $200.00AUD of products which is subject to the Affiliate’s selection.

Any modification or termination of a Giveaway can be issued either verbally or written without notice at the discretion of Cost Price Supplements.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER/REQUEST FOR A GIVEAWAY?

To apply for a Giveaway, please submit an email request to affiliates@costpricesupplements.com.au.

The request must provide the following information:

  1. Month that you will be promoting the Giveaway
  2. A selection of products from the following list with respect to the budget specified above:

Feel Good Protein Range

  • Feel Good Protein Water – 40 Scoops
  • Protein Perfection – Protein Water 40 Scoops
  • Feel Good Shake – Meal Replacement VLCD – One Week Supply (14 Sachets)

Tasteless Range

  • Tasteless Protein Collagen 500g
  • Tasteless Fibre 500g

Sample Packs

  • Protein Water Sample Pack – Feel Good Protein and Protein Perfection
  • Tasteless Protein Sample Pack of 6 servings
  • Feel Good Shake Meal Replacement VLCD Sample Pack of 3 servings
  • Feel Good Protein Water – Sample Pack
  • Tasteless Fibre Sample Pack of 4 servings

Accessories

  • Bariatric Measure Bottle – Water Control
  • 7 Day AM & PM Pill Box Tablet Organiser
  • Feel Good Shaker Bottle 650ml + 2 Containers (any colour)
  • Powder Funnel by Cost Price Supplements
  • Sports Mix Bottle 760ml by Feel Good Protein

Any products not specified on the list above or exceed the prescribed budget must be purchased at the Affiliate’s own expense.

Shipping Options (choose one):

a. Standard Post Shipping charges ($9.86AUD).

b. Giveaway products can be sent together with a personal order placed on the Cost Price Supplements website.

For option b, we advise that the Affiliate submits a Giveaway request to affiliates@costpricesupplements.com.au prior to placing a personal order. 

If you wish to purchase products for a Giveaway using personal finances, a Giveaway request must still be submitted and approved by Cost Price Supplements prior to any announcement is uploaded on social media platforms.

GIVEAWAY ANNOUNCEMENT POST

In the Giveaway announcement post, both story and/or feed image, via Facebook or Instagram, it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure the following information is clearly stated:

  • Products included in the Giveaway (including single-serve samples supplied by Cost Price Supplements)
  • Any geographical limitations

Along with the following statements: 

  • Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or Facebook.
  • Giveaway is kindly sponsored by Cost Price Supplements Australia.

If any information is missing from the announcement post, Cost Price Supplements reserve the right to request for the statements to be added or an instant removal of the respective post, both story and/or feed image and the Affiliate is required to provide confirmation of its removal immediately thereafter.

Sample Support

Single-serve product samples provide friends, family, and consumers the chance to taste the product(s) to ensure they are suitable and enjoyable, hopefully finding their favourite, too!

The Sample Support Program is an ongoing service offered by Cost Price Supplements at their discretion at no additional cost to the Affiliate.

The product samples can be posted/sent to consumers interested in trying the products at the Affiliate’s own expense and discretion. The Affiliate is not permitted to re-sell or distribute any single-serve product samples to others that result in a direct profit to the Affiliate.

a. Feel Good Protein Water: Wild Raspberry, Fresh Lemonade, Passionfruit, Lemon Lime & Peach Ice Tea (9g serving)

b. Feel Good Shake Meal Replacement: Chocolate Heaven, Vanilla Delight &  Strawberry Bliss (57g serving)

c. Tasteless Protein Collagen (15g serving)

d. Tasteless Fibre (9g serving)

HOW DO I REQUEST SAMPLE SUPPORT?

Please email Cost Price Supplements on affiliates@costpricesupplements.com.au outlining the specific product samples desired and a brief description of all intentions for the samples.

A maximum of 250 individual product samples can be requested per month (total does not roll-over into following months) which is subjected to the Affiliate.

Social Media Content

Weight Loss Surgery supplements and accessories are the primary products sold by Cost Price Supplements, because of this reason, Cost Price Supplements Affiliates are not permitted to be affiliated with other supplement or Weight Loss Surgery accessory brands, but are allowed to maintain relationships with clothing brands. 

Requirements:

  1. Multiple active endorsements on Instagram stories each month.
  2. Minimum of one (1) Instagram or Facebook post per month tagging Cost Price Supplements and promoting any product(s) from the list below (subject to change):
    • Tasteless Protein Collagen 500g 
    • Tasteless Fibre 500g
    • Feel Good Protein Water: Wild Raspberry, Fresh Lemonade, Passionfruit, Lemon Lime, Peach Ice Tea
    • Feel Good Shake Meal Replacement: Chocolate Heaven, Vanilla Delight, Strawberry Bliss
    • Bariatric Measure Bottle – Water Control
    • 7 Day AM & PM Pill Box Tablet Organiser
    • Feel Good Shaker Bottle 650ml + 2 Containers

Additional posts can be made promoting secondary accessories such as vitamins, books, and other WLS accessories including but not limited to bowls and plates which all must be sold on the Cost Price Supplements website.

Content Guidelines:

  • All posts must include either; you and the product(s), the product(s) on their own, or a recipe with the product(s).
  • All posts and stories on either social media platform must tag @costpricesupplements either in the description or the photo itself.
  • The Affiliate must not publicly endorse other supplement products and competitor health brands not supplied by Cost Price Supplements during the period of which the Affiliate Agreement is active.
  • The Affiliate should not advertise or refer to competitor brands in the same post promoting or mentioning any Cost Price Supplements product and/or service.

Product Exclusions

Terms and Conditions for Coupon Codes and Referral Commissions

Unless expressly specified in an individual agreement, the following products are excluded from discounts and (or) referral commissions provided by coupon codes, affiliate links, or similar. This list includes, but is not limited to:

  • Feel Good Protein – Tasteless Protein Collagen
  • Boomers Protein
  • Packaged healthy bars or similar
  • Optifast range
  • Accessory Range
  • Sample Packs
  • Sports Nutrition Supplements

House of Supplements reserves the right to update the notified list of Product Exclusions by varying, adding or removing products at any time in House of Supplement’s absolute discretion without prior notice.

Product Exclusions may not be limited to the products listed above and may include other items as determined in House of Supplement’s absolute discretion. Product Exclusions typically include the aforementioned products unless expressly notified otherwise in an individual agreement.
