Shipping Policy


It is the mission of the House of Supplements team to have orders packed and sent within only a few hours on the same business day when you order and delivered anywhere in Australia extremely fast. Currently we have one of the fastest delivery methods in Australia using Australia Post as our main provider.

We ship within 24hrs of every order guaranteed, so very rarely is any order held overnight & if it is, it will get shipped first thing the following morning.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS

  1. Our usual shipping and handling fees are a flat rate of $9.83. Unless purchasing over $100 worth of goods than shipping becomes free.
  2. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed (on the first available business day mon-fri).
  3. When goods are dispatched from our facility you shall receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped.
  4. We always endeavour to pack items in a way that minimizes damage during transport.

As a tip & for the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend noting a physical street address as opposed to a PO Box when ordering (PO Box deliveries often need to be dispatched via road
